Do I need a referral to start?
No. You can begin treatment without a referral. Some insurance plans require one for coverage, so we verify yours before your first visit. (Confirm the no-referral policy with Dr. Iftikhar.)
How long is each appointment?
Plan on 45-60 minutes, one-on-one with your therapist. You won't be passed between aides or left on a machine.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes you can move in. Shorts for knee or leg issues, a tank top for shoulder or neck work.
What insurance do you take?
