What we treat
Shoulder & rotator cuff
Rotator cuff strains, frozen shoulder, and impingement that make reaching overhead a gamble. Hands-on mobilization and a progressive loading plan bring full, pain-free motion back.

- Pain that built up after repetitive use
One-on-one care
How we help shoulder pain
We assess what is irritated - the rotator cuff, the joint capsule, or the mechanics of how you move - then combine hands-on mobilization with a progressive loading plan to restore strength and full range of motion.

Questions
Common questions about Shoulder & rotator cuff.
How long until my shoulder improves?
Shoulders can be slow to settle because we use them constantly. We set realistic milestones at your first visit based on what is going on.
Will I need surgery?
Most shoulder problems improve with the right PT plan. If something needs a specialist opinion, we will refer you on - but surgery is rarely the first stop.
Can I keep exercising?
Often yes, with modifications. We will tell you what to avoid and what is safe so you stay active without setting yourself back.
